Classes
Not your usual aerobic classes, come and try one out! We have a really comfortable matting on the floor for our classes, which reduces leg fatigue, absorbs impact and is comfortable to lie on.

Body HIIT
H.I.I.T stands for high intensity interval training that alternates between intense bursts of activity and periods of less intense activity. HIIT will burn more fat in less time, improve your heart health, increase your metabolism, immune system and anti-aging ability! Ideally you will do your own warm up before the class starts, and your own stretch at the end.
*Sat am class includes 15 minute stretch
Exercise to Stay Young
A 40 minute class for older people wanting improved mobility and flexibility. You will work on your balance, core strength and bone density. Strength training goes a long way to preventing age related declines in bone and muscle mass, including osteoporosis, which can lead to frailty and fracture. By also working on core strength, stability and flexibility, this class will help you stay mobile and enjoying life!
The Monster
A fun and effective Cardio Box class to get your heart rate up, improve your cardio fitness and shed those kilos. It’s a great class for those who want to burn calories and is the ultimate stress buster. You will be partnered up (or bring a mate) for focus pad and bag work, and prior boxing experience is not necessary. If you like high intensity, hot and sweaty classes, this is for you.
The class would suit those who want to improve their cardiovascular fitness, control or lose weight, enjoy fun interaction with others, need a cardio workout but without tiring your legs before your sporting event.
Pilates Fusion
Mix it up with Pilates Fusion focusing on a good posture and strong core. You will use different equipment like the swiss ball, bands and rollers. A great class for beginners or rehab and suitable for all ages and abilities.
Body Potential
The ultimate in interval training! This is a fun, high intensity class with a diverse range of exercises and equipment. You will work on your whole body, using body weight, medicine balls, power bags, VIPRs, suspension cables, cable crossovers, dumbbells, kettle bells, bosu balls, fit balls, strength bags and ropes to get your body looking great.
Yoga
The perfect class for a Sunday. Your body will thank you for the focused lengthening and releasing you give it during this yoga class with Janet Gibson. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
