We have purpose floor matting for our classes, which reduces leg fatigue, absorbs impact and is comfortable to lie on.

Body HIIT
Our functional High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes alternate between intense bursts of activity and periods of less intense activity. HIIT will burn more fat in less time, improve your heart health, increase your metabolism, immune system and anti-aging ability! Ideally you will do your own warm up before the class starts, and your own stretch at the end.
Exercise to Stay Young (ETSY)
Designed for older people wanting improved mobility and flexibility. You will work on your balance and stability, strength and flexibility. Strength training goes a long way to preventing age related declines in bone and muscle mass, including osteoporosis, which can lead to frailty and fracture. This class will help you stay mobile and enjoying life!
The Monster
Get ready to rev up your heart rate, improve your cardio fitness and shed some body fat. The ultimate stress buster and calorie burner - if you like hot and sweaty then this is the class for you! You'll be partenered up (or bring a mate) for focus pad and bag work. Prior boxing experience is not necessary
Pilates Fusion
Mix it up with Pilates Fusion focusing on a good posture and strong core. You will use a variety of pilates equipment for great results. For all ages and abilities and effective for rehab purposes
Tabata
All of the HIIT benefits - tabata style (20 secs on 10 secs rest). A functional training session that allows for individual progression in muscular endurance and strength at your own pace
After Burn
Focused on increasing muscle endurance, shape and tone. Using lighter weights and higher reps you will work all of the major muscle groups hard without bulking up. Add a bit of cardio to the mix and you will get to savour the metabolic and muscular after burn...
Yoga
The perfect class for a Sunday. Your body will thank you for the focused lengthening and releasing you give it during this yoga class with Janet Gibson. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
