Starting my fitness journey at a young age, I have developed my knowledge over the years through my own experience, personal training accreditations, and staying up to date on the latest research in the fitness area.
I take my own fitness seriously, competing in national body building shows and winning some medals along the way. I know how to train to competition standard and how to train and fuel for long term results -not the quick fixes that only provide temporary results.
I have trained a diverse range of people who've all had individual goals, which is why I personalise workout programs and thereby provide you with the most beneficial support.

I’ve lived in Waikanae for 14 years, am a mother of 2 girls and so I became involved in the school and recreational gymnastics program as a coach. At the same time I was involved in a variety of fitness classes for my own well-being including boxing, outdoor womens fitness classes, boot camp, pilates, triathlons, tough girl and tough guy events, running and cycling.
Already with a strong interest in health and fitness, these classes inspired me to further my education and become a personal trainer. I love working with all ages and abilities and gain immense fulfillment from seeing my clients grow and achieve their goals. I pride myself on ensuring my clients feel instantly comfortable and I take great care to ensure we are working collaboratively to achieve a great result.
